Brand-New Device Sales Terms • All brand-new devices are original and unused. Packaging may be opened for IMEI inspection; minor wear is normal. • Official manufacturer warranty applies from activation. Warranty assessment and decisions are made by the manufacturer. The store may assist with claims within 3 months; thereafter customers must contact the manufacturer or authorised service centres directly. • No in-store refunds or exchanges. All after-sales issues are handled via the manufacturer in accordance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL). • The store does not perform fault assessments. Remedies are based solely on the manufacturer's technical findings. • Customers are responsible for account access (Apple ID / Google / Samsung) and data backup. Account or activation-lock issues are not product faults. • Customers must confirm network compatibility with their carrier. Carrier or setting issues are not product faults. • Accessories are covered by manufacturer warranty only.
